I don't think that even Kim is that prolific! You'd have to add her sisters, Paris and Nicky, Lindsay AND Britney to get all those crustaceans.
Watching these things crawl always makes my skin crawl. Just like a swarm of ants.
Guess it's safe to assume that they're definitely not an endangered species.
