Sometimes (or rather, quite often) when musicians perform live these days, they sing along to pre-recorded versions of their song. This way they always sound right, even if they're dancing and out of breath or simply having an off-day. Case in point: Beyoncé, who sung along to track on a recent Today Show appearance. The audience at home (and in the crowd) heard a perfectly normal version of "If I Were A Boy," but what Beyoncé actually sounded like was a whole different story. In the clip above, Howard Stern and his posse snicker — justifiably so — at leaked footage from the Today Show of Beyoncé real voice during the performance, which was recorded from her mic but never played over the airwaves.
