   Hey, he’s doing all of womankind (or mankind, if it applies) a favor by letting the world know how disappointingly tiny his peen is. Although, yeah, dick that small = as little nakedness as possible. Or maybe he’s a grower. But it would have to grow quite a bit to even approach adequate.
   I’m just confused by what the cops were trying to accomplish. Were they trying to detain him? Then why not just cuff him? Why the need to hold him down by his hair, knee him in the stomach and then taser him? He was just being all weird, loud and naked, but I didn’t see indications of violence.

   At first I thought the peen was hidden by all the hair, but concensus here is that it is not.
   Like Heather (I think), the taser seemed excessive. I’m all for police doing what they need to do, but come on, there was no weapon hidden. The beat him up a little, it was 3 on 1 and they kneed him in the chest. They had a chance to cuff him when he was on his stomach and didn’t. Insane.
