Last week, I posted a clip of NYC stripper Sandy Kane singing “Gloria.” This led me to YouTube to watch the original “Gloria” video, which I couldn’t find, but instead I stumbled upon a small treasure trove of retro “Gloria” clips, often in other languages. This could only mean one thing: “Gloria” week! Little known fact: the Laura Branigan song is actually a cover of an Italian tune by Italian super stud Umberto Tozzi, who looks like a cross between Paul McCartney and Anton Chigurh.
