Gene Simmons is a washed up old man who is riding the coattails of a rising star: Adam Lambert! Adam did exactly the right things in his Rolling Stone interview. He beat all the tabloids and rags to the punch by telling all. Now he has been able to move forward with his career. Since that article there have been very few mentions of his sexuality. Now that I think of it, Gene Simmons is the only one still talking about it. ALSO - dedicated fans of Adam will now hate GS forever. He has killed his own career as far as we are concerned. Adam is the freshest, sexiest, most talented performer to come along in decades!
I feel fairly confident in saying that there is probably very little overlap in the fan base for Adam Lambert and fan base for Gene Simmons. And although he personally gives me the creeps, Gene Simmons has been printing money for the last 35 years. Adam Lambert has a LONGGG way to go to catch up. Check back in 2044 and we see how he did.
